Requirements:
• Must possess a current Georgia Medical License or meet the eligibility criteria for obtaining one
• BC in Hospice and Palliative Care through American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine
• BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine or General Surgery
• ​Completion of an accredited Palliative Medicine Fellowship

Responsibilities:
• Join an established collaborative and collegial inpatient palliative care team comprised of one physician, a dedicated full-time LPN, and a full-time licensed social worker.
• Experience practicing Palliative Medicine in an acute care hospital setting with program management experience preferred.
