Job Responsibilities

Physician would work on an inpatient basis which will include rounding on patients that meet certain criteria for Palliative Care support. There is an onsite collaborative multidisciplinary support structure which include one other physician, a social worker and chaplain.
· Patients per shift: 6-10
· Providers Requested: 1
· Department description: Trauma Level 4 Facility
· EMR: Epic

Qualifications

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active WA License or IMLC

Working Hours

Start Date: 12-02-2024
End Date: 02-01-2025
Scheduled + No Call
5, Day (8 Hours) 7:00 - 17:00
