- Palliative Care Unit with specialized nursing care
- Work with interdisciplinary team including physicians, advancded practice providers, nurse navigator and counselor
Candidate Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Primarily Consultative Service
- Does include Admissions and Discharges on palliative unit patients
- Day shift, 7on/7off schedule with some scheduling flexibility
