Opening for Palliative Care Physician in Carrollton, GA Atlanta 50m Full Time Permanent Position Seeking BC/BE Palliative Care Physician to join team in Carrollton, GA Overview: - Monday Friday (5 days/40 hours per week). - Expanding current palliative care service line - Function as a program builder by overseeing the design & implementation of an outpatient palliative care clinic, to ultimately include Home Based Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner program - Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care through American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine - Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - Completion of an accredited Palliative Medicine Fellowship - Current GA Medical License or must meet eligibility requirements - Epic EMR About The Area: Nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, Carrollton offers a blend of Southern hospitality, rich history, and vibrant community life.
