Locum Palliative Care Physician * 122961: Northwestern, Oregon
Must have an active state license
COVID Vaccination required
Provider needs to prescribe
Certifications required:
ABMS/AOA Board Certification in a medical or surgical specialty
& American Board of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (ABHPM) certification
Or Have completed a Palliative Medicine Fellowship
Background Experience:
Demonstrate direct participation in the active care of at least 100 terminal or severely and chronically ill patients, including 25 hospital inpatients, for whom Palliative Medicine was a predominant goal of care, during
the past 24 months.
Credentialing: 30-60 days
Start Date: ASAP - ongoing
Schedule: 3-5 shifts per week M-F 10 hr shifts
Call: None
Inpatient or Outpatient: Inpatient
Staffing Mix: Support staff
EMR: EPIC
