Are you looking to work at a Nationally recognized Best Places to Work? Here at Piedmont Healthcare we are seeking Full-Time Palliative Care Physician in Conyers, GA. Piedmont Rockdale is a 25-minute reverse commute from Atlanta proper and Piedmont Atlanta Hospital. The ideal candidate would be committed to providing high quality and compassionate care to patients.
Piedmont Rockdale Hospital is excited to announce our new Palliative Care program that will be starting July 1st 2025. With favoring requests for this program by our attending physicians, our hospital leadership is very supportive of Palliative Care and will be great advocates of the program. This will start as a 1 provider location, but has the ability to grow. The annual admissions for PRH is ~12,000, and we would be looking for the program to maintain at least a 5% penetration rate. PRH does not have a GIP program, so all hospice if referred out. The facility has an employed IMS team, Pulmonary/Critical Care team, and a growing Oncology and Heart Failure team.

Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care (fellowship trained with Palliative Care experience is highly preferred)
- Exceptional clinical and communication skills
- EPIC experience a plus
- No night call
