This health system is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Palliative Medicine physician to expand their Palliative Medicine service line, by offering inpatient and limited outpatient services in west Georgia near Atlanta. Join an established collegial inpatient Palliative Care team comprised of one physician, a dedicated full-time LPN, and a full-time licensed social worker and help to develop an outpatient program that will enhance and grow the Palliative Care service.
Hospital Employee, Traditional. M-F, no weekends. Quality Bonus production incentives. Signing Bonus available, contact us for details. Relocation Bonus available. CME time and money available. Retirement plan provided. EPIC in use for EMR. Experience practicing Palliative Medicine in an Acute Care hospital setting with program management experience preferred.. Schedule is Monday - Friday (5 days/40 hours per week).. Qualify for public service loan forgiveness. The city school system is the top 2-3 public school systems in Georgia . Extremely competitive salary, sign on and starting incentive plus bonus and full benefits . Paid malpractice insurance. Function as a program builder by overseeing the design and implementation of an outpatient Palliative Care clinic, to ultimately include home-based Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner program.
