This organization is a nonprofit hospice in Middle Tennessee, providing personalized care to patients and their families, and grief support services. The focus will be on Hospice Services between 2 residential hospices centers, hospitals, and home health hospice care. The Medical Director will oversee two home teams, periodical coverage of IPU in Nashville, 2-3 IDTs per week with teams. Each team oversees 60-80 patients and shares phone call. Clinics in Hospitals are in Nashville and Murfreesboro, servicing Home Health in 8 different counties. The job is Monday to Friday with a flexible schedule. The position offers a competitive base salary with increments, full benefits, 401k with match, and paid relocation. The role includes writing narrative recertification's, admission certifications, and clinical supervision of nurses. The candidate has the opportunity to be a Medical Director.
