OPPORTUNITY:

• Time will be split between clinical work and admin time for program development
• Flexible scheduling to maintain work-life balance
• No Palliative call
• Hospice call 1:6, call only
• Highly collaborative team of APCs
• Knowledge and understanding of the Palliative model preferred
• Palliative fellowship and or experience in Palliative Care/Hospice required
