  • Participate in clinical practice and teaching activities to support the growth and development of palliative care services.
  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish preferred) to effectively communicate with patients and families from diverse backgrounds.

  • Board certification/eligibility in Palliative Care.
  • Valid Florida medical license.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • In addition to a highly competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the physical and mental well-being of our employees. Our benefits include health benefits, life insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, employee assistance programs, wellness initiatives, on-site childcare, and more.

If you are passionate about providing compassionate care to patients with terminal conditions and are eager to make a difference in the Miami community, we invite you to join our team and be part of our mission to improve healthcare outcomes for all.
