Responsibilities:

• Performing in-depth evaluations of patients with complex health issues and creating personalized treatment strategies alongside patients, their families, and healthcare teams
• Delivering specialized management of symptoms and alleviation of pain
• Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, aiding them in making challenging choices and enhancing their overall well-being
