- Lead an inpatient consultative service focusing on symptom management and complex medical decision making_x000D_
- Work collaboratively in a robust palliative care interdisciplinary team including 3 palliative experienced NPs and LCSW_x000D_
- Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM_x000D_
- Call schedule 1:4 weeks serving as back up to NP_x000D_
- Practice in an established inpatient program with a supportive, collaborative culture from hospital, medical group and leadership. _x000D_
