We are seeking a compassionate BE/BC Palliative Care Physician. As a Palliative Care Physician, you will work with patients and their families to provide compassionate care and support for those with serious illnesses. You will focus on symptom management, pain relief, and improving the quality of life for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans that reflect the patient's goals and preferences.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, specialists, and hospice and home care teams.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families about the disease process, treatment options, and end-of-life care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and collaborate on treatment plans.
  

Qualifications:

• MD/DO
• BE/BC in palliative medicine or hospice and palliative medicine.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
