Santa Memorial Hospital is seeking an Oncologist/Hematologist to join their team in Petaluma, California. This role involves providing oncology care, including infusions, in a small clinic setting that includes a radiation oncologist and radiation treatment.   • Inpatient is rounding and occasionally consultation, majority is outpatient
  • Compensation is between $477,125 and $523,125 per year
  • The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.

Where You’ll Work

The Providence Oncology/Hematology clinic is adjacent to Petaluma Valley Hospital, which is Santa Memorial Hospital, part of Providence Health System. It is an 80-bed, acute and critical care hospital offering 24-hour emergency and outpatient services. Equipped with top-rated cardiologists, the hospital continuously updates its cardiac capabilities and provides heart attack patients with lifesaving thrombolytic therapy eight minutes faster than the national standard. Petaluma Valley Hospital partners closely with St. Joseph's larger hospital in the area, the 338-bed Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital is a short 18-mile drive from the clinic.
