Hematology/Oncology Physician Locums Job in Michigan | January-June 2025

Schedule needed:
--Schedule: 5 days/week
--Start Date: 1/1/2025 with one day of orientation prior to start
--Duration of assignment: 6 months expected
--Shift times: 8am-4:30pm then night call 5pm-8am

Details/Requirements:
--Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology
--Michigan license required or IMLC (LOQ in hand)
--BLS & case logs required 24 patients related to Hematology in 12mo
--No surgical or procedures required
--EMR: EPIC
--Support Staff: Direct to MD - Clinic RN, APRN Other staff include: phlebotomist, Infusion RNs, Social Worker, RN Navigator, Phone triage/authorization team, etc.
--Rotating weekly call and consultation rounding. Rounding between providers in clinic.
--Average of 15 visits/day
