Hematology/Oncology Locums Job in Phoenix, Arizona | Clinic + Call Coverage | Start as Soon as Credentialed and Ongoing | Assignment #105698

Schedule needed:
--Clinic: Monday-Friday, 8am-430pm
--Call: Monday-Sunday, 7am-7am (supported by two oncology APP’s Monday-Friday)
--ASAP through 10/01/2025

Job Requirements:
--Board Certified or Board Eligible
--Arizona license – required or IMLC (LOQ in hand)
--Other Certifications – ACLS, BLS, DEA
--Malpractice – clean preferred
--Availability at time of name clear – required

Job Details:
--Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
--Call Duties: Inpatient Hospital Coverage: Monday-Sunday 7am-7am (supported by 2 oncology APP’s Monday-Friday)
--Clinic Duties: New Patient Consults and Follow Ups (Includes all aspects of oncologic clinical care including timely placement of chemotherapy orders, toxicity checks, and follow ups). Access to Tumor Boards for presentations/treatment planning
--On average of 12-15 consults per week
--1 out of every 4 weeks hospital rotation
--Required Procedures: None
--EMR: Cerner and Ingenious Med (hospital billing system)
--Support Staff: Support by 2 oncology APP’s Monday-Friday, 1 shared RN/1 shared MA; Also supported by surgical oncology, radiation oncology, palliative care, nutrition, social work and genetic counseling
