Hematology/Oncology Physician Locums Job in Longmont, Colorado | August 2024 - July 2025 | Monday - Friday | Assignment #102232

Schedule needed:
--Start date: December 21, 2024 FT through 2025 for at least 6 months up to 1 year.
--Monday-Thursday, 8:00AM-4:30PM with 30 minute unpaid lunch.
--Friday, 11:00AM-12:00PM Remote Triage

Job Requirements:
--Board Certified Medical Oncology - required
--Active Colorado license - highly preferred
--Active BLS, DEA - required
--Local/drive-in candidates only - required
--Must be comfortable and willing to see Hematology patients
--Must state # of shifts per month ongoing
--Clean malpractice/background - required

Job Details:
--Setting: Clinic No Trauma/Not Rated
--FTE: 0.8
--Required Procedures/Job Duties: Recently opened a new hematology/oncology clinic with a dedicated chemotherapy treatment space for patients to receive their cancer treatment. Coupled with our Breast Center, breast surgery capabilities, and our external beam treatments in radiation oncology, this role will be responsible for the treatment of hematologic diagnoses and medical oncology diagnoses in our cancer center. Physician will be responsible for clinic coverage and chemotherapy supervision 4 days per week. As a new clinic, this role is also responsible for building/growing this subspecialty practice.
