· Mon-Fri, 8a-5p. 1 week per month in addition to the dates below.

· Minimal weekday shared call and weekend 24-hour call

· Patients per day: 17

· EMR: TBD

Dates:

Nov 4 -am of the 11th

Nov 23rd – am of Dec 2nd

Dec 21st – am of Jan 2nd

Jan 24th - am of Feb 10th

Feb 24th - am of March 10th

March 24th - am of April 7th

April 7th - onward

REQUIRED:

· Active NM license

· Board Certified or eligible

· BLS, DEA

· Covid vaccine

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
