DESCRIPTION:

· Start Date: December 2024 for 6+ months

· Additional Dates of Coverage:

o December 21st, 2024 – January 5th, 2025

o February 15th – February 23rd, 2025

o April 13th – April 21st, 2025

o May 25th – May 31st, 2025

· Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 7am-5pm with night call and weekend call

· Patients: 10, 1-2 new

· EMR: iKnowmed (Clinic) and Cerner (Infusion)

REQUIRED:

· Active CA license

· BC / BE

· BLS, ACLS

· DEA

· Covid Vaccinated

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

· Malpractice insurance provided
