We are hiring a Physician – Hema/Onc for Locums assignment in Black Hawk County, IA!

Job details:

• Clinic Hours: 08:00-16:30
• Clinic Days: Mon-Thurs
• Shift Length: 8 hours
• On Call: One week and one weekend per month.

• Job Responsibilities: Consults, follow up care, oversee administration of antineoplastics in the clinic.
• Nursing Support/Physician Nurse Ratio: 2/1
• Ancillary Staff per Provider: Reception, lab, social worker, referrals
• Services offered in the practice: Antineoplastics, phlebotomies, IV IgG, iron therapy, bone marrow biopsies.
• Number of Exam Rooms per provider: 4
• Medical Imaging: Yes
• Lab: Yes
• Pharmacy: Yes
• Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 16-20
• Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: 0-2
• Patient Demographics: 18 years and older
• Electronic Medical Record: Epic
• Teaching Opportunity: Yes

Job Requirements:

• Board Certified
• Active IA License or Active IMLC
• Fellowship Trained (Hematology Oncology)
• Must be experienced (will accept new graduates)
• Must be available Full time
