Start Date: June 9, 2025 - December 1, 2025

Schedule/Need:

• Monday-Friday: Clinic seeing patients 3-5 days per week- with after hours call

Submission Requirements:

• Active Board Certification-REQUIRED
• Active MA License Only- PREFERED
• Clean Malpractice-REQUIRED
• Availability to Start June 9, 2025-December 1, 2025: REQUIRED
• Full Time Availability: REQUIRED

Position Details:

• No procedures required
• 15-18 patients per shift
• Will round patients- average number: 5
• Looking for ongoing coverage
• Rounding patients will be assigned
• EMR: Clinic- Onco, Hospital-Cerner
• Practice Setting: Outpatient: Inpatient: Telehealth: Outpatient
• Admissions Required? Yes: No: Yes
• Is hospital stroke certified? : Yes
• Are Temp privileges available:Yes, clean record only

How many Patients will Locum see per day? 15 to 18
