Locums Hematology Oncology Need in Oregon

Coverage Needed

Schedule

• One provider to cover 3-4 days a week
• Work days are flexible
• 2 days must be Mondays/Fridays

Clinical Details

• Outpatient/Inpatient
• 15 Patients Per Shift
• Patient mix of 70%-80% malignant hematology and 20%-30% classic hematology

Requirements

• Board Certified/Eligible within 5 years of Residency
  • Preferred BC and more than 5 years out of residency
• Licensed in Oregon
• BLS
• Bone Marrow Biopsies
• Experience in CAR T-Cell Therapy- Preferred

Support Staff

• 2 RN's
• 2 MA's
• 6 PA/NP's
• 2 Office Staff

EMR

• Epic
