Physician - Hematology Oncology - Locum

We are seeking a Hematology Oncology Physician for a locum coverage in Oregon

• May- Ongoing (Minimum 2 weeks a month is required)
  

• 4 or 5 days per week, 8:30a-4:30p, admin day or 1/2 day if needed, Yes
  

• Must be Board Certified in BOTH Hematology and Oncology
  

• Must have CAQH log ins ready
  

• Must have NPDB self - query ready
  

• EMR: EPIC
  

• Active OR and DEA license required
