Position Details:

• Patient Population: Adults/Geriatric
• Setting: Inpatient consults & Outpatient clinic
• Responsibilities:
  • 3 clinic days per week (M-F, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
  • Infrequent night and weekend call
  • 80% Hematology, 20% Oncology (No Internal Medicine)
  • Consults in a Level I Trauma Center
• Required Procedures: N/A
• EMR System: Epic
• Support Staff: 10 physicians, 8 APPs
• Average Patient Load:
  • 10 patients per day (hospital)
  • 15 patients per day (outpatient)
• Days Per Month: TBD
• On-Call/Weekends: Some weekends and night calls (approx. 2-3 weekends per year, night call 1:10)
