We are seeking Hematology Oncology Physician or a locum coverage in Oregon

• 8:30 am - 4:30 pm + Call
  

• Minimum 2 weeks a month is required
  

• Must be Board Certified in BOTH Hematology and Oncology
  

• Must have CAQH login and password ready.
  

• Must have active DEA license

• EMR: EPIC
  

• Willing to obtain OR license
