Start date: As soon as credentialed-Ongoing

Practice Setting: Outpatient/Inpatient

Schedule/Need: Call + Clinic

1. Active Board Certification or Board Eligible: REQUIRED
2. Active MT License, IMLC or May be open to those wiling to obtain the license: REQUIRED
3. Active AHA BLS Certification: REQUIRED
4. Fellowship: PREFFERED

• What PEDs Level Is This Facility? 3
• Define The Number of Support Staff to Be Supplied For The Locum Coverage: RN: 4, MA: 7, PA/NPs: 4, Office Staff: 1
• Will Provider Be Required To Supervise Advance Practice Providers? No
• Is Resident or Teaching Supervision Required? No
• This department is well supported by APPs.
