This facility is seeking coverage starting May 27th ongoing
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8a-5p, plus weeknight call
Average of 15-18 patients per shift
Support Staff: 1 Midlevel, 1 MA and 1 RN
EMR: EPIC
30-60 days to privilege
All candidates must be Board Certified of truly Board Eligible
All candidates must have an active Ohio license
$625 per hour with an 8 hour guarantee M-F
$500 per weeknight call M-F
