Specialty accepted: BC Hematology Oncology Physician

Start date or shifts: September 2nd through September 4th, 7:30am to 5:00pm daily. Provider needs to arrive the day before for orientation.

Daily schedule: No call

Practice setting: Outpatient Department of the hospital

Types of cases: Outpatient Only. Avg. # of patients per day/provider: MD will see 12-14; APP will see 8-10. EMR = EPIC/Beacon. Provider will not respond to codes or serve as ER backup.

Requirements or additional information: All outpatient services, guaranteed 8-hour day. Air and Ground Support available for immediate patient transfers. 21-bed critical access hospital with 3 ORs, 1 C-section room, anesthesiologist, onsite radiologist, and 24-hour laboratory availability.
