Location: Northwestern Ohio, the second largest city in Northwest Ohio and one of few in the region where the population is currently growing. About 47 miles south of Toledo, 108 miles north of Dayton, and 137 miles west of Akron.
Facility: Cancer Care Center treating many cancer-related diseases including but not limited to the following:

- Breast cancer
- Colon cancers
- Gastrointestinal cancers
- Leukemia
- Lung cancers
- Lymphoma
- Seeking a full-time Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a Cancer Center team
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, 3-5 days per week, no weekends or holidays
- Occasional call based on practice needs
- Manage daily clinic schedule
- Assist with acute needs in infusion clinic. Infusion clinic acute needs coverage on rotating basis
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for Hematology/Oncology patients
- Primarily outpatient, ability to do inpatient rounding if experienced
- 10-15 clinic patients/day
- Clinical documentation skills required, experience in Cerner preferred
- Experience with complex decision-making
- Ability to work independently and see new patients
- Provider must have special interest in Hematology/Oncology and a commitment to continuous education
- Base salary range- based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).
- wRVU bonus TBD
