Location: Boise, Idaho is the capital city of Idaho. The Boise River Greenbelt is a series of tree-dotted trails and parks hugging the water's edge. - Full-service cancer center with medical, radiation, and surgical oncology offers integrative care team support with nurse navigators, social work support, genetics counseling, and nutritionist
- Dedicated 10-bed inpatient unit
- Seeking 2-3 passionate, mission-driven Oncologists to join a physician-led multispecialty group in Boise, ID
- Seeking Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree including successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency program & Medical Oncology/Hematology fellowship
- As part of this team, you'll work alongside a robust team of Hematology/Oncology physicians, bringing cutting-edge treatments to our communities
- Their integrated program boasts leading surgical expertise, including the state's only fellowship-trained Surgical Oncologist
- Full-time: 4-day work week, M-F with a minimum of 32 hours of patient contact time - including clinic, treatments, and rounding as needed
- On Call: 1:7 shared equitably on evenings and weekends. Inpatient unit covered by Oncology Hospitalist Monday through Friday 8-5
- Providers will cover inpatient, outpatient, rounds, and clinic
- Weekly tumor boards provide opportunity to collaborate with fellowship-trained surgeons in breast, plastic/reconstruction, GYN oncology, colorectal, neurosurgery, thoracic and esophageal
- Innovative programs include lung cancer screening, lung nodule clinic, neuro oncology, and robust clinical trials through the Montana Cancer Consortium. Primary care providers in key geographic locations throughout the Treasure Valley support this specialized team.
