Schedule

• Clinic 4/10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday with Friday as an admin day
  • 8am-5pm
• Call rotation within providers and call rotation with providing back up to the 4 APPs during their rotation
• Shifts per month: 20

Clinical Details

• Clinic: 18-20 patients daily
• Hospital: 10-12 patients daily
• Inpatient + Clinic
• Trauma: Level III
• Number Physicians in Practice: 3
• Number of Beds: 220
• Operating Rooms: 12
• ER Beds: 26
• Hospital based: 20%, Clinic Based: 80%
• Patient Population: Adult
• Most patients are sent to IR unless provider is comfortable performing

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (Certification must be obtained within 5 years of residency)
• BLS, ACLS
• Active IN License or IMLC
• Minimum Years Experience: More than 2 years
• Flu vaccination: Required or Need Medical or religious exemption
• Patient Contacts/Procedure Logs: require most recent 24-months

Call

• On call includes consults on the hospital side as well rounding on hospital side when on call if needed
