Hematology Oncology Locum Position in Richmond, Indiana

Hematology Oncology locum tenens Position in Richmond, IN offering a competitive rate of $500 per hour.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 8am - 5 pm (1 hour unpaid lunch) -Clinic Overtime will apply after 8 hour minimum
• Call (back up to APP) 2 days of the block

Weekend call

• If Mon – Fri worked, weekend call is 5pm – Mon 7am. This is primary call. Call shared 1:8

Weekday call

• 1 day per week, back up to APP.
• 1 day per week, primary call
• Call rotation within providers and call rotation with providing back up to the 4 APP’s during their rotation.-. Hospital rounding when on primary call rotation when needed for consults and patient's needs. Procedures N/A

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: ***Must meet ALL submission requirements in order to be submitted.***

• Active IN State License or IMLC: REQUIRED
• Active IN DEA: REQUIRED
• Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (Certification must be obtained within 5 years of residency): REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 Years Experience: REQUIRED
• Flu vaccination or medical or religious exemption: REQUIRED
• Certifications: AHA (American Heart Association)Issued ACLS and BLS: REQUIRED

Practice Description:

• Number of Beds: 220
• 220 + bed regional hospital with additional beds in observation, mother/baby, ER and other units.
• Patients Per Day: 18 - 20
• Level III Trauma Center, Stroke and Spine Center Designations
• Stroke and Spine Center Designations
• Full Cardiology program with open heart, Diagnostic, Interventional, EP with cardiac rehab, TAVR and 30 - bed ICU/CCU with 10 beds reserved.
• Support Staff: Medical Assistants (1), several RNs
• EMR: Epic
• Time to Credential: 60 - 90 days
• Will accept multiple providers.
• Services include an Acute Rehab Unit, Allergy Care, Cancer Center, Dermatology, Infectious Disease, Family Birthing Center, General Surgery, Hospice, PACE Center, Pediatrics, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy, Neurology, Sleep Center, Robotics and Technology, Wound Healing Center, and more.
