Shift Details: Scheduled and on call
Schedule: Monday – Friday (days) and on call **Call availability preferred!
Amount of coverage needed per month: 4 weeks – full time for inpatient rounding.

Submission Requirements:
- Board Certification in both Hematology and Oncology: REQUIRED
- License required: ACTIVE MN license or IMLC in hand (Willing to wait for IMLC or qualify for temp MN license) : REQUIRED
- MN DEA: REQUIRED
- ACTIVE BLS Certification: REQUIRED
- Acute Leukemia Experience: REQUIRED
- Patients per day: 30 - 40. 2 MDs and 2 APPs with pagers.
- EMR: Epic
- Hospital bed size: 590
- Special procedures: Benign hematology preferred
- Skills required: Medical Oncology and Infusion Coverage
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 days
