Hematology/Oncology Opportunity with Flexible Scheduling – Louisiana

Practice Setting

• Outpatient focus at either Touro Infirmary or East Jefferson General Hospital
• Work with an experienced team of 4-5 MDs, supported by nurses and office staff
• 40/60 split between hematology and oncology cases.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday with call requirements of 1:6 weekly
• Flexible coverage; options for full-time or a minimum of two weeks per month
• Ongoing assignment until a permanent hire is made

Procedures and Cases

• Manage adult patients only
• No CART or BMT procedures required
• Support includes APPs for inpatient care

Requirements

• Board Certification in Hematology, Medical Oncology, or Hematology/Oncology
• Active Louisiana or Interstate Medical License; willing to wait for licensing
• BLS and DEA certifications required
