We are seeking to recruit a full-time Hematology Oncology Physician to join a team located in Iowa and Illinois.

  • Shift(s) Description: Days + shared call
  • Weekend/On-call Requirements: Shared call
  • Must be Board-Certified or Board Eligible
  • Must have an active IA and IL license (or willing to obtain)
  • White-glove licensing and credentialing assistance

Qualifications

Board Eligible (within 3 years of Residency and to become BC within 1 year of employment) in Hematology - REQUIRED
Board Eligible (within 3 years of Residency and to become BC within 1 year of employment) in Medical Oncology - REQUIRED
IA and IL licenses (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
DEA Verbal Confirmation (or able to obtain prior to start) - REQUIRED
CSR/CDA (or able to obtain prior to start) - REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice - PREFERRED
