Join one of the largest faith-based not-for-profit health systems in the US. We are seeking dedicated Hematologist/Oncologists to join our team in Boise, Caldwell, Nampa, ID and Eastern Oregon.
About Us: Four-hospital, 714-bed, 74-clinic integrated healthcare system serving southwestern Idaho, eastern Oregon, and northern Nevada.
A physician-led, 600+ provider multi-specialty group with a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care. Our full-spectrum practice is QOPI certified and CoC accredited, offering rewarding opportunities including over 100 clinical trials.
Practice Overview:
- Comprehensive Cancer Institute in Boise offering chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and integrative care.
- Ancillary services include genetics, social work, dietitian, nurse navigation, and financial advocacy.
- Cancer Team: Join 6 Oncologist of which two are dedicated Oncology Hospitalists, 3 RAD/ONCs and 12 Oncology APPs supporting both inpatient and outpatient programs.
- The Practices consists of approximately 60-70% Oncology and 30-40% Hematology (benign)
- Dedicated 10-bed inpatient unit at the main hospital.
- Four locations throughout the greater Boise metroplex
Schedule
- 4-day workweek, M-F with a minimum of 32 hours of patient contact time - includes clinic, treatments, and rounding as needed.
- Weekly tumor boards/Collaborate with Breast Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons, GYN ONC, Colorectal, Neurosurgery, Thoracic and Esophageal.
- Call Description:
- Two dedicated Inpatient HEM/ONC rotate coverage 7am-7pm, 7 days a week.
- From 7pm to 7am, outpatient HEM/ONC handles triage calls on weekdays and weekends. Nurse Triage will screen calls.
Salary and Benefits:
- Base salary: $550,000 (guaranteed for two years)
- RVU Production Bonus
- Quality incentive: Up To $10,000
- Signing bonus: Up To $110,000
- Relocation assistance: Up To $15,000
