• Support staff: 2 MAs, 2 Clinic RNs, 2 APPs, 1 Scheduler
• Patients per day: 15-20
• Department: Heavy Hematology patient volume, requiring a strong Hematology background
• EMR: Cerner Oncology (electronic Chemo Power Plans)
• Hospital: 189-bed facility
• Skills: Must have strong Hematology background; independent patient care and note dictation required
• Certifications: Board Certification, State License, DEA required; ACLS and BLS preferred
• Credentialing timeframe: 45-60 days
