Details:
- Mon, Tues, & Thursday - 7a-5p with 30 minute unpaid lunch.

- Required Procedures/Job Duties: hematology/oncology clinic with a dedicated chemotherapy treatment space for patients to receive their cancer treatment. Coupled with our Breast Center, breast surgery capabilities, and our external beam treatments in radiation oncology, this role will be responsible for the treatment of hematologic diagnoses and medical oncology diagnoses in our cancer center. Physician will be responsible for clinic coverage and chemotherapy supervision 4 days per week. As a new clinic, this role is also responsible for building/growing this subspecialty practice.

Submission Requirements
- Board Certified Medical Oncology - Required
- Active CO license - Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
- Active BLS - Required for credentialing
- Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
- Candidate must be comfortable and willing to see Hematology patients - Required - Must note at name clear
- Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - Required
