Join our team to provide specialized hematology care with a flexible schedule and supportive work environment.

Schedule:

• Clinic Monday to Thursday, administrative duties on Friday
• Two weeks per month commitment
• Start as soon as possible

Practice Setting:

• Hospital-based with an infusion center
• Outpatient clinic focus
• Primarily malignant hematology cases

Procedures and Cases:

• Focus on malignant hematology
• Minimal oncology involvement

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Hematology required
• Minnesota license or IMLC accepted
• DEA and BLS certifications required

Credentialing Requirements:

• Emergency privileges available
• Provider must complete fingerprint/DHS background study in Minnesota
• Temporary MN license possible
