Hematology Oncology Locums position in Berwyn, IL - $500 hourly

Cancer Center is looking for Full time locum or locum to perm to join their team. Here are some of the details:

Schedule- ***Must be available full time - no weekends***

• Monday-Friday: 9am – 4pm. Clinic

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:***Must meet ALL submission requirements in order to submit!***

• Board Certified or Board Eligible - REQUIRED
• Active IL license - Required at time of name clear submission- REQUIRED
• Availability - Please provide at time of submission - must be available FT- REQUIRED
• Local Candidate - Highly Preferred
• Provider that speaks Spanish - Highly preferred, please note this is the submission, if applicable
• DEA - Verbal Confirmation at Submission: REQUIRED
• Provider that speaks Spanish - Highly preferred, please note this is the submission, if applicable

Position Details:

• 30% Hematology
• 70% Oncology
• Number of Physicians in Practice: 1 remaining physician
• Hem/Onc only practice
• 18+ population only
• No APP's in practice
• Documentation System/EMR: epic
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Free-Standing Community Cancer Center
• Average Number of Patients Per Day: 16-20
• Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital): Level 2
• Outpatient Coverage: 9am – 4pm. Clinic. Must be available full time - no weekends
