Hematology/Oncology opening in Northern MI

- Bread and Butter community hematology/oncology
Position Details:
BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist sought to join one other full time physician in a well-established and busy practice in the Upper Peninsula. Experienced support team in both the clinic and infusion department including on-site managers/patient care coordinators. Infusion department opened in January of 2016 and currently renovating new clinic space. Strong relationship with radiation oncologists at regional facility for patients requiring radiation services. Opportunity for a broad clinical practice with excellent support from a number of other providers/specialists within the system. 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient with outreach to satellite clinics one day per week (30-60 miles). 10 days of call per month with low frequency of calls.
Certifications and Licensures:
- Board Certified or Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply
