Hematology/Oncology Medical Director opening in Knoxville, TN - Full-time, permanent opening - Employed - Will be responsible for the overall clinical oversight for the group and medical oncology program in collaboration with the TOG leadership team - This will include identifying, setting, and measuring group/program goals, ensuring patient safety and quality of care, meeting patient experience targets, management of physicians and advanced practice providers, support for clinical research development, serving as group/program clinical liaison internally and externally, and program development - The Medical Director will enjoy a competitive salary with a generous sign-on bonus, RVU bonus potential, an excellent benefits package including generous CME allowance, paid malpractice insurance, and flexible relocation assistance - Minimum of 5 years clinical experience - Previous effective provider leadership experience Knoxville is an incredible combination of big city excitement and small-town southern charm.
