**About the Position:**
- **Team Composition:** Join an established practice with a model of 3 physicians and 3 APPs.
- **Collaborative Environment:** Work with a team of physicians (including radiation oncologists), APPs, scribes, pharmacists, and an extensive, tenured staff.
- **Supportive Environment:** APPs take first call.
- **Quality Care:** Practice is the only one in Southeastern Idaho designated as an American Society of Clinical Oncology Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI®) Certification Program - a three-year certification recognized for high-quality outpatient hematology/oncology care.
- **Technology:** Epic EMR.
**Recruitment Package:**
- **Starting Base Salary:** $600,000 + wRVU production incentive.
- **Starting Incentive Package:** $50,000 includes Sign-on Bonus, relocation, and residency stipend.
