FULL TIME Medical Oncologist! Schedule: Oct 7, 2024 for ~10 months - Shifts Per Month: Full Time - 5 days per week - Can accommodate part time(partial weeks or some weeks on/some weeks off Job Details: Practice Setting: Hospital-based cancer center. Outpatient services. Onsite lab, diagnostics, and pharmacy. - Call Ratio: 1:5 - Patient Population for Required Coverage: - Adult, Geriatric - Percentage of Practice: Assume 50% Hematology and 50% Oncology - Number of Physicians in Practice:7 across 2 locations - APPs Provide Coverage: ~10Average Number of Outpatient Per Day:10-15 - Average Number of Hospital Patients Per Day:15 - Clinical Area: Oncology – Outpatient - Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2 Trauma - Documentation System/EMR:Epic - Procedures Required: Chemotherapy - IntrathecalChemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrplueral/PeritonealFNA/BiopsyMgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters - Administration of Chemotherapy: Physician orders.
