Job Details:
  • Start Date: 09-30-2024
  • Contract Length: Ongoing.
  • Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Clinical hours & calls
  • Shift Details: M-F 8am – 4:30pm daily - No call on Friday after clinic
  • Call Coverage: 4.30 pm - 8 am
  • Patients per day: 14 outpatients, no hospital
  • Patient Population/Age: 18 and above.
  • Skills Required: Hematology outpatient, Oncology outpatient, Hematology inpatient, Oncology inpatient, Participation on a tumor board
  • Coverage would be 2 weeks per month (preferably the last two weeks of the Month)
Requirements:
  • Board Certification: Board Certified
  • License Required: MI License & CSR at Submission
  • DEA: Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
  • Certification: BLS
  • Minimum Experience Required: NA
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
  • Pay Rate: $500/hr
