Description:

Hematology Oncology Locums position in Rockford, IL where scheduled clinic hours, hospital rounding, some overnight and weekend call coverage is needed. Here are some of the details:

Schedule:

• M-F 8a-5p
• Call 1-2 evenings per week 5p-8a
• Weekend Call: 5pm Friday to 8am Monday
• On the day you are on call, you will be responsible for the inpatients (current and new) but these are followed by our inpatient NP who is familiar with all the inpatients. This makes the process of rounding much more efficient.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible - REQUIRED
• Active IL license - REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 year experience: REQUIRED
• Active ACLS, BLS - REQUIRED
• IL DEA and CSR: REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice/background - PREFERED

Practice Description:

• 18+ %: 98%, 1-17 %: 2%
• Just clinic and may round. Majority is clinic
• Will Candidate Work Solo?: No
• On Call?: Yes
• Average Admissions While On Call: 0
• EMR: Epic
