Orlando Health is seeking a full-time BC/BE Medical Oncology attending physician with an interest in melanoma and sarcoma for our Orlando Health Cancer Institute.
Applicants must be fellowship trained with Board Certification in medical oncology and hematology and be eligible for licensure/work in the state of Florida. Candidate’s responsibilities include in-patient and consultation service, out-patient clinics, clinical research, and chemo supervision. Applicants’ responsibilities will include managing both malignant cancers, and hematology diagnosis.

The Orlando Health Cancer Institute has an established clinical research program, a successful medical oncology/hematology fellowship program, and robust medical oncology, surgical oncology and radiation oncology departments. We also have a large integrative medicine department which includes cancer support community and a medical genetics team. The Cancer Institute includes divisions of surgical, medical, and radiation oncology, with a sub specialized focused on cancer care, serving the patients with our tertiary center downtown, as well as services at our 4 regional cancer institutes throughout central Florida. The cancer institute provided care to 11,000 new patients and 90,000 follow up visits last year.
Role Requirements:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in medical oncology and hematology.
- Unrestricted FL medical license (or ability to obtain one) and DEA.
- Not a J-1 visa position.
