COMMUNITY HEMATOLOGY ONCOLOGY

Position Highlights:
- Leadership Opportunity: Serve as Medical Director, overseeing cancer services, strategic growth, and guiding APPs with 10% protected administrative time
- Comprehensive Support: Practice includes 3 Hematology Oncology providers, 1:1 APP support in a state-of-the-art facility

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: up to $730K annual compensation with a 2-year guarantee
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50K plus relocation support
- Comprehensive Benefits: 6 weeks PTO, 1 week CME with $1,500 allowance, 403b with 5% match, malpractice coverage
