Overview:
Our client, a leading hospital in Walla Walla, WA, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Hematologist/Oncologist to join their established team. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions.
• Develop and manage treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, radiologists, and other specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in clinical trials and research to advance the field of hematology and oncology.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and ongoing care.
• Stay current on advancements in the field and implement best practices in patient care.
• Contribute to hospital leadership and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Hematology and Oncology.
• Valid state medical license in WA or IMLC
• Strong clinical background in hematology/oncology with excellent patient management skills.
• Commitment to continuous education and professional development.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $520,000
• Earning Potential: Up to $600,000 with Value-Based Compensation
• Retention Bonus: $100,000 total ($20,000 per year over 5 years)
• RVU Bonus: $94.33 per RVU above 4922
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
