Schedule:
- M-F 8a-5p
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: ***Must meet ALL submission requirements in order to be submitted.***
- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- NY License - PREFERRED
- BLS - REQUIRED
- Must Have Epic EMR System Experience - REQUIRED
- Board Certified or Board Eligible - REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice/background - PREFERED
Practice Description:
- Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult
- Percentage of the Practice: 15% Oncology, 85% Hematology
- Will There be Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage? no, no RT at this location
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office) : 13-15 office visits around 5-7 in infusion
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding) : 0-2
- Clinical Area: Oncology - Outpatient Setting, Hematology - Outpatient Setting, Oncology - Inpatient Setting
